In a workplace, there is a number of motivating factors as well as a number of de-motivating factors. As an employee, I found the positive attitude of the employees and the management team is very much essential. I would definitely prefer to be surrounded by the people who hold a positive attitude in the, on the other hand, people having a negative attitude and who starts panicking from the start. It is a fact that all the tasks allocated to the group of employees will not be easy. In this matter, the leader of the team has to be a motivating personality and he or she must always encourage the workers.
